Role Overview

Positions: Process Quality Engineer (PQE) / Process Engineer (PE)
Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Automotive Electronics / Process Engineering / QA & QC / EMS
Compensation: ₹7,20,000 – ₹9,60,000 CTC per annum

Key Technical Scope
We are looking for hands-on experts familiar with advanced camera module assembly and high-precision testing workflows:

Assembly Operations: SMT / COB processes, Active Alignment (AA), Dispensing, Lens Mounting, and Curing.

Testing & Quality: Image Quality (IQ) Testing, Electrical & Environmental Calibration, End-of-Line testing, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).

Core Methodologies: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, DOE, and Six Sigma.





Standards Compliance: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG-VDA FMEA, and VDA 6.3.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation & SPC: Define, monitor, and optimise process capability ($C_p/C_{pk} ge 1.67$).

Defect Reduction & Yield: Drive First Time Through (FTT) rates, execute root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), and manage CAPAs.

NPI & Mass Production: Support new program ramp-ups, trial runs, golden sample creation, and DFM reviews.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Optical Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of core experience in Camera Module Assembly or Automotive Electronics (EMS).

Strong command of automotive core tools, statistical software (e.g., Minitab), and qualified English communication.
