Role Description
The IT Recruiter role is a full-time on-site position based in Dadri. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technology roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and managerial interview rounds.



This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements, manage pipelines, and provide regular updates on hiring progress. The IT Recruiter will maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in applicant tracking systems, support offer negotiation and closure, and ensure all hiring processes meet compliance and documentation standards. The position also includes market research on IT skills and trends, building talent pools, and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
