Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs that enhance product knowledge and process understanding among team members
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adapt them based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product development teams to stay current with product offerings and innovations.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules to facilitate learning.
- Monitor and assess employee performance following training sessions to ensure knowledge retention and application.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, reinforcing best practices and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in jewellery industry.

• Robust knowledge of luxury product attributes and market trends.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
