ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team in Jaipur and take ownership of the implementation journey from sales handover to successful client onboarding.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure and train AI voice agents, coordinate CRM and integration requirements, conduct testing, and ensure a smooth transition into production.

This is a client-facing and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Understand client requirements and translate them into transparent implementation plans.

• Take ownership of the client journey from sales handover to successful onboarding.

• Create, configure,



and customize AI voice agents based on client use cases.

• Train and fine-tune AI agents for accurate, natural, and effective conversations.

• Work on prompts, conversation flows, knowledge bases, and agent configurations.

• Coordinate CRM setup, integrations, APIs, and other technical requirements.

• Conduct internal testing and client UAT before go-live.

• Train clients and their teams on using Vardan AI effectively.

• Identify implementation gaps, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the technical/product team when required.

• Maintain clear documentation of client requirements, configurations, testing, and onboarding progress.

• Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.

• Monitor implementations post go-live and identify opportunities for improvement.
