Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related support.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Support marketing and technical service activities.
- Conduct site/customer visits as required.
- Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
