We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, GST, and e-commerce transactions, with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, sales, purchase, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounting for e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, deductions, commissions, returns, and refunds.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Track accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal teams when required.




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in E-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Experience handling marketplace/e-commerce transactions will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or other e-commerce channels.
- Knowledge of marketplace settlement and commission reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
