Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular quality checks on solar projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Collaborate with site engineers to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation for solar installations.
- Perform quality audits to verify adherence to QA/QC processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-11 years of experience in renewable energy, specifically solar energy or wind energy.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance (QA) principles, methods, and techniques.
- Experience with quality control (QC) processes in construction or manufacturing industries is an asset.
