Key Requirements:

• Strong foundation in
Design, Animation, Visual Arts or a related creative discipline

• Good understanding of
design and animation fundamentals
, visual composition, storytelling, aesthetics,



and creative execution

• Hands-on exposure to relevant creative tools/software used in their area of specialisation Eg: AI Tools - Google Flow, Midjourney, GPT Image Generation, Google Veo, Kling AI, etc..

• Solid interest in
AI and emerging creative technologies
, with the curiosity and adaptability to learn and work with AI tools

• Willingness to experiment with
AI-assisted creative workflows
, including image generation, video generation, animation, visual development, compositing, or other emerging applications

• Strong visual sense and ability to translate ideas/concepts into compelling creative outputs

• Academic, personal, freelance, or portfolio projects demonstrating creative and technical capabilities would be an added advantage

• Self-motivated individual with
curiosity, ownership, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn with rigor and interest
