Our HR Executives are the engine behind bulk hiring campaigns, managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding—with precision, pace, and candidate experience at the core.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple client accounts—sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal ATS tools—ensuring 100% SLA compliance for bulk requisitions.
- Conduct phone/video screenings, behavioral interviews, and competency assessments aligned with client-specific job profiles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria,



and refine selection workflows for faster time-to-hire.
- Coordinate logistics for mass walk-ins, virtual hiring drives, and bulk offer rollouts—collaborating with operations, HRBP, and payroll teams.
- Maintain 100% data hygiene in ATS—tracking candidate status, feedback, and reporting KPIs like source effectiveness, conversion rates, and drop-off trends.
