We are looking for a reliable, proactive and hardworking Field & Business Operations Assistant to work directly with the founder.

This is a dynamic role where every day can be different. The work will involve a combination of working from the founder's location and travelling locally for field assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, businesses and suppliers as required.
- Contact business owners and collect relevant information.
- Generate and collect potential business leads.
- Conduct market research and customer/business surveys.
- Research and source products from local suppliers.
- Make calls and send WhatsApp messages to potential customers and businesses.
- Visit suppliers, collect samples and compare products/prices.
- Handle pickups, deliveries and other local business-related errands when required.
- Maintain basic records of leads, research and completed tasks.
- Execute different business and operational tasks assigned by the founder.
- Clearly report completed work, findings and any problems encountered.

What We Are Looking For




- Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with new people, shopkeepers, business owners and suppliers.
- Comfortable with regular local field work.
- Positive problem-solving ability and common sense.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks independently.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment where tasks may change from day to day.
- Freshers are welcome.

Important

This is not a conventional desk/office job. The role involves both work from the founder's location and regular field assignments in Vadodara.

The right candidate should be comfortable with variety, meeting new people, travelling locally and taking on different business-related tasks.

Salary: ₹10,000 fixed + performance-ba
