Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase activities for automotive wiring harness components.
- Source and procure wires, terminals, connectors, seals, clips, tapes, conduits, sleeves, fuses, relays, PVC materials, and other harness-related components.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
- Obtain quotations and conduct cost comparison and cost analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, PPC, Quality, NPD, and Finance for material requirements.
