Role & responsibilities
- Formulate the Sales Strategies / Policies, Norms related to Agro Sales, reviewing the same periodically in line with the competition and business expectations and initiative CAPA as and when required.
- Strategizing for business expansion, expanding the geographical span, improving the product penetration in the low penetration area/ niche markets to improve the SOB of business for the company.
- Execute Promotion Strategies including ATL/ BTL to maximize conversion ratio, supporting the Sales and Marketing Head in preparation of budget. Effectively implement the allocated budget through Zonal /Regional Managers. Monitoring the conversion ratio viz a viz spending and initiate CAPA as and when required.
- Manage dealer sales performance, including identifying underperforming dealers and implementing strategies to improve their performance.
- Ensuring the viability of Sales Partners i.e. Dealers, initiate CAPA as and when required.




- Conducting periodic meet of all the Channel Partners, build reward and recognition scheme for keeping the motivation level of the Channel Partners high.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee territory sales activities, including planning, execution, and reporting on sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Agro sales or retail sales management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
- Robust understanding of CRM software applications for managing dealer networks.
