- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen profiles based on technical skills, experience, and JD requirements.
- Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment and coordinate candidate conversion to permanent roles.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Negotiate CTC, notice period, and joining timelines.
- Build and maintain a solid IT talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
