Role Description
The Relationship Manager - Sales role at Urbanrise is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing homebuyers, guiding them through the end-to-end sales and post-sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable projects, coordinating site visits,



and providing timely updates to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on leads, collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams, and support documentation and payment-related queries. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, and representing Urbanrise in a professional manner at customer meetings and events.

Qualifications
- Customer relationship and service skills, including the ability to build trust, understand needs, and provide clear guidance to homebuyers.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead follow-up, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets in a real estate or similar domain.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including strong spoken and written English, and the ability to interact confidently
