Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and documentation. The role will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, accounting entries, customer and vendor follow-ups, banking transactions, and import/export documentation. The position will also support financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and other finance activities as per the company policy.

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and supporting documents.
- Process employee and business expense claims after verification of supporting documents and approvals.
- Prepare and post customer invoices based on approved sales documents and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors regarding invoice and payment-related matters.
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and other account reconciliations.




- Prepare data and schedules required for MIS and financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end book closing activities and statutory audit requirements.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining project cost records and supporting schedules.
- Maintain and verify import and export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors, customers, and internal teams for documentation and shipment-related requirements.
- Provide data and supporting documents for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Assist in maintaining fixed asset records and supporting documentation for asset capitalization.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements
- B.com / M.com in Accounting & Finance or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 24 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Working knowledge of Tally,
