We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event management team, playing a key role in shaping the visual identity of our events from concept to execution. Responsibilities include designing promotional materials such as invitations, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads, as well as creating on-site signage, stage backdrops, booth designs, and branded event collateral. The role also involves developing event branding — including logos, color palettes, and visual themes tailored to each client's needs — collaborating with the events and marketing teams and clients to bring concepts to life, designing presentation decks for client pitches, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with vendors and printers, all while managing multiple projects and ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant design experience — ideally in events, hospitality,



or marketing — and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with Canva and After Effects skills a plus. A strong portfolio showing branding, print, and digital work, solid understanding of print production processes, excellent time-management skills, strong communication and feedback-receptiveness, and a keen eye for layout, typography, and color are essential. Experience with large-scale events or exhibitions, motion graphics, 3D design, signage/wayfinding design, or direct client interaction is a plus.
