Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Financial Statements as per Schedule III.
- Preparation and filing of Company and Firm Income Tax Returns.
- Preparation and filing of Individual Income Tax Returns.
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns and related compliances.
- Handling ROC compliances, including Annual Returns and other statutory filings.
- Managing and coordinating assessments and notices with various authorities, including:
- Income Tax
- TDS
- GST
- VAT
- Service Tax
- Handling TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and default/error checking.
- Maintaining proper records and documentation for statutory compliance.
- Coordinating with consultants, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensuring timely completion of all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST,



TDS and ROC compliance.
- Good understanding of Income Tax provisions and statutory requirements.
- Experience in handling tax assessments and departmental notices.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple compliance activities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
