Role Description
This is a full time, on-site CRM Consultant role based in Jaipur, focused on export construction, manufacturing, and design sectors. The CRM Consultant will configure, maintain, and optimize CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.com administration, to support client sales and service processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes,



gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into CRM solutions and workflows. The role involves consulting with clients on best practices, preparing documentation, conducting user training, and ensuring data accuracy and reporting reliability. The consultant will collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to improve customer relationship strategies and drive business efficiency.
