Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Fitter to join our manufacturing team in Pithampur. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication fitting, component assembly, measurement, alignment, and fit-up activities.

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in fabrication or fitting work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication fitting and assembly work.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Measure, align, level, and position components accurately.
- Perform fit-up work before welding.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, drilling, and tack fitting activities.
- Assemble structural and fabricated components.
- Coordinate with welders and other fabrication team members.
- Check dimensions, alignment, and fitment of components.
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned work on time.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.





Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in fabrication fitting or a similar role.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in industrial, structural, or general fabrication.
- Good knowledge of fitting tools and fabrication processes.
- Ability to understand measurements and basic fabrication drawings.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
