Designation: HR Executive (Only For Graduate Fresher)
Location: 1st Floor, Boston House, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Suren Road, Near Western Express Highway Metro Station, Andheri East
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
- Sourcing for open profiles through job portals/references/Consultants
- Aligning interviews on daily basis through with business team
- Documentation of selected candidates

Onboarding :
- Taking care of joining formalities
- Database management
- Onboarding Kit Closure

HR Services/Operations :
- Supporting in background verification of employees
- Bank Account & Dependent Details Closures

Pre & post joining co-ordination
Support in Employee Engagement Activities

Desired Candidate
- Freshers with positive communication wanting to get into HR
- Graduation is a must
