Role Description
The IT Technician/ Infrastructure & support Executive role is a full time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad.

The IT Technician will handle day-to-day technical support activities, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for internal users. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment, monitoring system performance,



and ensuring basic cybersecurity and data backup practices are followed. The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting resolutions, and providing clear, customer-focused communication. In addition, the IT Technician will assist in training team members on IT tools and best practices and support continuous improvement of IT processes.

Qualifications
