We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales initiatives, drive student admissions, build strategic partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills, preferably with experience in the EdTech, education, or training industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and counseling team to maximize admissions.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, colleges, and training partners.
- Generate leads through digital campaigns, referrals, events, seminars, and networking activities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Travel as required for client meetings, seminars, workshops, and business development activities
- Participate in project presentations, seminars and meetings with govt officials.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 10 Years of Experience in Educational / Institution Sales, Marketing or Business development.
- Proven sales track record with Excellent presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Should have Good Communication in English and Local Language
- Willing to travel frequently to visit branch offices and for meetings.
- 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler with license will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
