Mannat Superspeciality Hospital, Amroha is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients across multiple departments.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Attend patients in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Critical Care units.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Handle emergency cases promptly and effectively.
- Participate in ward rounds and assist in clinical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, ethical practices,



and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BUMS
- Experience: 5-7 years as an MBBS/BAMS/BUMS doctor.
- Robust knowledge of medical principles, diagnosis, and patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties and emergencies.
- Good clinical judgment, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centric healthcare.
