Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects.
- Source construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and contracts.
- Track procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and project material requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and procurement.
- Vendor development and negotiation.
- Purchase planning and cost control.
- Knowledge of civil construction requirements.
- MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
