Job Title - Senior Finance Associate – VCFO

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can own review quality across accounting, reconciliations, compliance support, working papers, and MIS readiness for multiple clients. This role is not just execution. It is a reviewer role. You will ensure that Associate and Trainee output is clean, complete, and analysis-ready before it moves upward. You will be one of the quality-control spines of the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review ledger scrutiny, trial balance grouping, and account classification.

2. Review bank reconciliations, key balance sheet schedules, and support workings.

3. Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related compliance workings and filings.

4.



Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and analysis-ready before handoff.

5. Identify classification errors, unreconciled balances, missing entries, and followup gaps.

6. Guide Associates and Trainees on working-paper quality and documentation discipline.

7. Maintain review hygiene, trackers, and escalation discipline.

8. Support basic tax-planning notes and quality checks where needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
- CA Inter / CA - (Exposure to VCFO)
- 2–4 years of experience
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Strong reconciliation and review mindset
- Comfortable with Excel and Tally/Zoho
- Good spoken and written English
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership
