About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business & Operations Head – IT & Digital who can take ownership of business operations, technology teams, project delivery, sales & marketing, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should be a strong business leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive projects from planning to delivery, develop business opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. IT & Software Team Management
- Lead and manage the complete IT/software development team.
- Coordinate with frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, QA and support teams.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity.
- Establish clear goals, responsibilities and performance expectations.

2. Project & Delivery Management
- Lead projects from planning to successful delivery.
- Define timelines, milestones and priorities.




- Monitor project progress and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate between technical teams, clients and management.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

3. Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support lead generation, client acquisition and business conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track sales performance and revenue growth.

4. Business Growth
- Identify recent markets, products and revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase business profitability.
- Monitor business performance and market trends.
- Work closely with management to achieve growth objectives.
- Contribute to business planning and expansion strategies.

5. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Improve internal processes and operational eff
