LAKSHI HOME is looking for a talented and customer-focused *Senior Interior Designer* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong interior design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience coordinating with site and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet customers and understand their interior design requirements.

* Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design presentations.

* Prepare customer quotations and handle design discussions and presentations.

* Coordinate with customers throughout the design and execution process.

* Work closely with *Production, Site Execution, and Sales teams* to ensure smooth project execution.

* Achieve assigned *monthly business targets* and follow up with customers for approvals and order confirmations.

* Maintain project documentation, customer records, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.

* Ensure timely communication and coordination across all project stages.





* Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining *LAKSHI HOME brand quality standards*.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum *23 years of experience* in residential interior design.

* Robust knowledge of *Coohom* and *SketchUp*.

* Proficiency in *SketchUp Layout* and rendering software.

* Excellent *client handling and communication skills*.

* Good understanding of *site coordination and execution*.

* Strong presentation and design discussion skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Target-oriented with strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
