Role Description
The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in varanasi, responsible for overseeing and growing Ushnakmal Banaras’ online sales channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing the e-commerce website, optimizing product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and coordinating online promotions and campaigns. The role involves tracking key performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates,



average order value, and overall online revenue. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with digital marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and smooth order fulfillment. This position also requires staying updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.
