Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on HR Generalist to take complete ownership of our human resources function. In this dual-impact role, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition to scale our multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, operations, packaging design, and sales) while managing daily HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
- Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing,



and offer negotiations across tech, B2B sales, supply chain operations, and packaging engineering.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Leverage portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and specialized forums) to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with founders and functional leads to map hiring requirements and cut time-to-hire.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Design and facilitate seamless onboarding, documentation, orientation, and background verification (BGV) processes.
- Track probation periods, conduct regular check-ins, and manage exit formalities (knowledge transfer, clearances, exit interviews).

3. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
- Manage daily HR operations using HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR).
