Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver product, process and sales training for Bancassurance teams.
- Conduct training for Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Sales Managers and frontline bank staff.
- Provide training on insurance products, benefits, features, sales processes and need-based selling.
- Develop and conduct induction training for recent joiners.
- Conduct regular refresher, skill-building and productivity enhancement programs.
- Identify training gaps through business performance, field observations and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop training modules, presentations, role plays, case studies, quizzes and other learning material.
- Conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training.
- Work closely with the Bancassurance business team to understand sales challenges and design relevant interventions.




- Support the sales team in improving lead conversion, customer engagement, cross-selling and productivity.
- Conduct role plays and mock sales conversations to strengthen pitching and objection-handling skills.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and post-training performance.
- Maintain training MIS, attendance, assessment scores and productivity reports.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions wherever required.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with company processes, compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Travel across assigned branches/locations for training and capability-building initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in BFSI Learning & Development / Sales Training.
- 410 years of experience in training, preferably within Life Insurance/Bancassurance.
- Candidates with experience as a Bancassurance Trainer, Sales Train
