Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Marketing to strengthen our presence across schools and colleges and generate new business opportunities through institutional engagement and student-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions.
- Plan and coordinate student-focused projects, assessments, examinations, seminars, workshops and academic activities in institutions.
- Engage directly with students and create awareness about relevant educational and career opportunities.
- Identify potential student segments and generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collect and maintain accurate student, institution and lead data through various institutional activities.
- Maximize lead generation through effective student engagement and institutional programs.




- Identify new schools and colleges and develop opportunities for long-term institutional association.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
- Track lead generation, institutional activities and business development performance.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Represent the organization professionally while interacting with institutional management, faculty and students.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Education or EdTech preferred.
- Prior experience working with schools and colleges will be highly preferred.
- Strong institutional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to engage with students and educational stakeholders.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach
