About the Role

We are hiring a sharp, fast-learning Customer Support & Relationship Manager to join our client operations desk. In this hybrid role, you will balance reactive client support (guiding users through onboarding, login assistance, and account queries) with proactive relationship management (engaging distributor partners, tracking pipelines, and assisting wealth practices).

You will work with our cloud telephony and backend system to deliver prompt, accurate, and compliant service to high-net-worth investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Support:




Guide investors and partners through our digital e-KYC onboarding process, including PAN verification, CKYC lookups, and video liveness checks.
- Query Resolution:
Answer inbound phone calls and email tickets within defined response time targets, resolving platform and account queries.
- Proactive Follow-Ups:
Call partners and prospective clients to help them complete pending onboarding steps and answer platform questions.
- Partner Support:
Assist partners in navigating the partner portal, setting up referral links, and utilizing client tax export tools.
- Operational Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve onboarding delays, such as bank proof verification issues or transfer status updates.
- Compliance Adherence:
Maintain strict confidentiality under financial data protection guidelines and ensure all communications follow approved product details.
