As a Sub-Division Manager, your primary focus will be scaling our commercial footprint across rural, semi-urban, and institutional agricultural markets.

A) Post job vacancies and recruit employees under your Sub-Division as per organizational requirements.

B) Conduct virtual training sessions for newly appointed candidates before they begin their work.

C) Coordinate and attend meetings with farmers, dealers, distributers, suppliers and logistics to monitor the daily work, fascilitate the agreements and services.

D) Conduct meeting with government officials to obtain necessary permissions and provide updates on work progress.

E) Virtual and onsite meetings with Agriculture assistant employees to review daily work progress and discuss the next day's work plan.

F) Participate in regular virtual meetings with the Division manager to review daily work progress and discuss the next day's work plan.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
