. AERB Compliance & eLORA Management
- Handle our company profile on the AERB eLORA portal, executing timely licenses, renewals, and procurement permissions.
- Manage layout approvals, commissioning reports, and regulatory documentation for industrial component X-ray units.
- Serve as the point of contact during inspections conducted by AERB officers or competent authorities.

2. Radiation Monitoring & Personnel Safety
- Administer the TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) badge program and monitor seasonal dose reports.
- Carry out regular radiation workload surveys using calibrated survey meters around fixed enclosures or shields.
- Establish strict compliance with the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principle for everyone on the floor.

3. Quality Control & Maintenance
- Coordinate periodic Quality Assurance (QA) and testing of X-ray equipment at least once every two years via AERB-authorised agencies.
- Investigate and document accidental exposures or mechanical equipment malfunctions immediately.

4. Safety Training & Culture
- Conduct mandatory radiation orientation for current NDT technicians, operators.
