Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused customer support executive to join our chat process team in jogeshwari west.

Responsibilities
. handle customer calls, whatsapp messages, emails and queries
. resolve customers complaints and provide accurate information.
. follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
. maintain customers records and update information as required.
. coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
. provide a positive and skilled customer experience.
