Position: Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Manage and coordinate production staff.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify production issues and report them to the management.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Requirements:
- Qualification Diploma
- Positive team management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
