Suncloud Beverages LLP is a mineral water manufacturing company based in Bengaluru, operating a well-equipped beverage plant at Magadi Road, Byadarahalli. The company produces packaged drinking water using modern PET bottling technology, with a robust focus on advanced technology, quality assurance, and safe drinking water standards.

Suncloud is currently expanding its production team and building out a growing operations unit across the plant floor.

Role Summary

Operate and maintain the Sidel PET stretch-blow-moulding machine to produce bottles meeting spec.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor the Sidel machine converting preforms into bottles
- Perform mould changeovers; adjust heating, pressure, timing for different formats
- Quality-check bottles:



wall thickness, weight, dimensions, base clearance
- Load preforms, monitor oven and stretch/blow stations, clear jams safely
- Routine cleaning, lubrication, first-level preventive maintenance
- Maintain output, rejection, and machine-log records

Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade.
- Hands-on experience on Sidel or similar PET blow-moulding machines.

Key Skills
- Blow-moulding process knowledge, machine setup/changeover, bottle quality inspection, basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Immediate availability preferred
