About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations for our retail business. The candidate should have practical experience in GST, billing, purchase & sales accounting, bank reconciliation, cash handling, and retail accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage retail sales, purchase, sales return and purchase return accounting.
- Verify daily branch sales and reconcile Cash, Card, UPI and other payment collections.
- Maintain and reconcile cash book, bank book and ledger accounts.
- Handle GST-related transactions, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data preparation and reconciliation.




- Assist in TDS calculation, deduction and related documentation.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices and supporting documents.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with branches regarding billing, collection and accounting discrepancies.
- Verify discounts, credit notes, debit notes and other retail-related adjustments.
- Support monthly closing activities and preparation of accounting reports.
- Assist during internal, statutory and GST audits by providing required documents and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
- Work with accounting/ERP systems and Excel for daily MIS and financial reporting.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the retail/textile/FMCG sector.
- Robust practical knowledge of GST and bas
