Project Manager – Interior Finishing & Execution

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Finishing & Execution to manage interior finishing and furnishing works for high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior finishing and execution activities.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, fixtures, and other finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower, materials, and project progress.




- Conduct quality checks, resolve site-level issues, and minimise rework.
- Manage snagging, rectification, final finishing, and project handover.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in interior execution, finishing, furnishing, or fit-out projects.
- Experience in high-rise or luxury residential projects preferred.
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, drawings, and execution processes.
- Excellent coordination, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
