Primary Role

Undergo on the job practical training of 30 to 45 days to learn the entire process of assembly and manufacturing of pneumatic / sporting equipment, airgun components.
- Facilitate and carry out quality check, assembly and testing of high precision machined parts as per the product specifications.
- Identify errors/drawbacks in processes and improvise the same to maintain high quality standards in the production line.
- Perform diagnostic tests on the assembled product to ensure high accuracy and exact results.

Key Accountabilities
- Inspect machined parts with various instruments such as Venier, Micro-meter, Go No-go Gauge, etc
- Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to the specifications.
- Carry out high precision calibration and adjustments using the testing instruments.
- Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems or substandard condition to the supervisor.




- Ensure all log books are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
- Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures.
- Conduct product testing and performance testing and record the results.
- Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.
- Carry out installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacements, refitting, and adjustments in the products.
- Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid any breakdowns and failures.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of Pneumatic and Mechanical assemblies
