Grooms Vault is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Staff member to join our team and assist customers in choosing the right outfits for their weddings and special occasions.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their outfit requirements
- Assist customers in selecting suits, tuxedos, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, Jodhpuri suits and accessories
- Explain outfit options, rental packages, pricing and booking details
- Help customers with size selection and fitting
- Coordinate with the back-store and QC team to arrange required outfits
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and in-store visits
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, fittings, collections and deliveries
- Maintain proper customer records and booking details




- Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience
- Support daily store operations and maintain the showroom
- Achieve individual and store sales targets

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome
- Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Willingness to learn about men's fashion and styling
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills are an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
