At Gnani.ai, you'll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth for our B2C products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, campaign optimization, and growth analytics, with a solid understanding of B2C customer journeys. This role offers an opportunity to own performance campaigns, experiment with new growth channels, and work closely with product, content, and creative teams to scale our B2C products.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end to end performance marketing function for Gnani’s B2C products across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms• Own key performance metrics including CAC, CPL/CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and customer acquisition• Develop and execute B2C acquisition strategies across the customer funnel,
from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and campaign structures to improve performance• Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, videos, and campaign concepts• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, analytics, and campaign dashboards• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new acquisition channels, audience segments, and growth opportunities• Collaborate with product, content, design, and business teams to improve the overall B2C growth funnel• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to drive marketing and business decisions• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend towards channels, campaigns and audiences that deliver the strongest busi
