Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Indore. The Designer will contribute to the concept development and detailed design of bespoke lighting pieces, working closely with the creative team to translate ideas into sketches, 3D models, and production-ready drawings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects and interior designers, refining design iterations based on feedback, and ensuring that aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements are aligned. The role will involve preparing presentation materials and mood boards, coordinating with fabricators and vendors, and supporting project timelines from initial concept through installation. The Designer will also research trends in lighting, materials, and finishes to inform Clearte’s design language and maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in visual design and spatial thinking, including concept sketching, composition, and attention to detail.
