Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to manage key client and vendor accounts, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end recruitment and account management activities. The role will focus on building robust business relationships, managing existing requirements, generating new opportunities, and ensuring smooth account operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key
client and vendor accounts
and serve as the primary point of contact for business and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Identify and secure
new job requirements and business opportunities
.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of recruitment requirements, from requirement intake through candidate submission, interview, selection, onboarding, and closure.
- Monitor active positions, vendor performance, account activities, and business deliverables.




- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Handle account-related activities including
billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution
.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase business volume.
- Prepare regular reports covering requirements, submissions, placements, revenue, and account performance.
- Ensure strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience
in Business Development, Account Management, Staffing, Recruitment, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing large enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
- Experience handling
vendors, recruitment requirements, positions, and client relationships
is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, vendor management, and account management processes.
