Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships by using CRM tools to track interactions, maintain accurate customer data, and support engagement strategies.



Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and partners. The specialist will support sales and account management activities, prepare regular reports on customer metrics, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating on process improvements, documenting best practices, and ensuring that CRM workflows align with business objectives.
