Senior-level Network Engineer with deep hands-on experience in enterprise data center networking, end-to-end network deployment, and network design and architecture.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing, implementing, and deploying large-scale data center environments, including core network infrastructure, routing and switching, high availability, migration activities, and complex network transformations. They are looking for someone who has led enterprise deployment projects, can work independently with minimal oversight, and has extensive experience delivering data center network solutions from design through implementation.

1. OEM alignment
The client's estate is primarily built on Cisco, F5, and Fortinet. Please prioritize candidates who can clearly demonstrate hands-on design and/or deployment experience on these specific OEMs - not just certifications or passing mentions. Experience heavily concentrated on other vendors (e.g., Huawei) without clear Cisco/F5/Fortinet exposure will not be a fit.
2. Enterprise scale
Skills alignment alone isn't sufficient - the client needs confidence that candidates have operated in large-scale, multi-site, high-complexity enterprise environments, not smaller campus or single-site networks. Please look for candidates who can speak to specifics such as number of sites, device count, or estate size, rather than general "enterprise" claims.
3. Design vs. delivery balance
Given the role title, ideal candidates should show genuine design ownership (HLD/LLD, architecture decisions, technology refresh/migration planning) alongside
