Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will lead the development, validation, benchmarking, and optimization of advanced AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, validation, and optimization of ML and AI models.
- Develop NLP and Generative AI solutions using Transformers, LangChain, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Design prompt engineering, text processing, entity extraction, and dialogue management solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, ensemble modeling, and hyperparameter optimization.
- Develop model explainability and benchmarking frameworks.
- Conduct model validation, performance testing, bias testing, and error analysis.
- Build and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Work with large datasets using Python, R, and SQL.




- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Mentor data scientists and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience in NLP, Transformers, text processing, and entity extraction.
- Practical experience with LangChain, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of feature engineering, model validation, ensemble methods, and benchmarking.
- Experience with model explainability, bias testing, and performance evaluation.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
