Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT & IT Security Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, support employees, and maintain basic IT security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage laptops, desktops, printers, and basic network infrastructure
• Handle user accounts, access management, and password resets
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Manage Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 administration
• Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, backups, and basic firewall hygiene
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware, AMC, and network support
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Requirements
• 03 years of experience in IT support / system administration
• Positive knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
• Understanding of antivirus and basic IT security practices
• Strong problem-solving and user-support skills
• BFSI or small IT setup experience is a plus
