Understand current technology trends, job market conditions, and client needs to match consultants accordingly.
Prepare and present resumes in a client-friendly format and follow up with vendors for interview feedback.
Track and manage consultant submissions, interviews, and placements via CRM or internal systems.
Maintain ongoing communication with consultants on bench to understand their skills, availability, and preferences.
Work with internal recruitment and delivery teams for a seamless transition from marketing to placement.
Handle documentation and coordination for onboarding and ensure compliance with legal and immigration requirements.
