About the Role:We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day transportation, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
You will ensure smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, and cost-effective logistics support.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for local and inter-state deliveries.
Book vehicles, track dispatches, and ensure on-time delivery to customers/distributors. Manage warehouse operations: goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Handle logistics documentation: E-way bill, LR, invoice, GST, and transport documents.
Liaise with transporters, C&F; agents, courier partners, and 3PL vendors. Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or billing.
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams.



Monitor logistics costs and suggest ways to optimize routes and freight.
Prepare daily MIS reports on dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status.
Candidate Requirements: 1 to 6 years experience in Logistics / Warehouse / Dispatch operations.
Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Any degree. Diploma in Logistics is an added advantage. Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and logistics processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tamil. Must be based in Chennai.
Willing to work on weekends during peak dispatch. Prior experience in Medical Devices / Manufacturing / Distribution preferred.
